Publish a web service through NetScaler

Open the NetScaler device Web UI to configure a virtual server for two web backends.

Add each backend by name and IP address.

Create an HTTP service on port eighty for each backend.

Create a virtual server at the client-facing address and attach the first HTTP service.

Bind the second service to the same virtual server and confirm both bindings.

Request the virtual address several times and read the responses from both backends.

Stop the web service on the first backend.

The same virtual address continues to serve requests through the second backend.

Restart the first backend and confirm that both can serve requests again.

Save the configuration and reopen the lab to verify the same virtual server.
