Set a static address on a Prisma SD-WAN ION

Select the ION device and open its Web UI from the device toolbar.

Open Interfaces and identify the port connected to the practice PC.

Choose Edit, select the port, and set the IP mode to Static.

Enter the address with its prefix, the lab gateway, and the DNS server address.

Select Apply and confirm the static settings on the chosen port.

Check the same settings in the ION terminal.

Ping the ION device from the connected PC to verify the link.

Reopen the lab and confirm that the port still shows the static settings.
