Assign a RouterOS address in WebFig

Select the MikroTik RouterOS device and open WebFig from the device toolbar.

Open Interfaces to identify the Ethernet port connected to your practice PC.

In Addresses, select Add New and enter the port, address, and network mask.

Apply the change and confirm that the new address appears on the selected port.

Use the RouterOS terminal to verify the address and prefix.

Ping the router from the connected PC to check that the address responds.

Reopen the lab and confirm that the address is still listed on the same port.
