  1. Open IoT Operations in this prepared sensor lab, then choose Configure.

  2. Set warning high to twenty five, critical high to thirty, and a recovery band of two.

  3. Start both sensors; their baseline reading of twenty produces no active alarms.

  4. A reading of twenty seven raises a warning for the temperature topic.

  5. Raising that reading to thirty two changes the alarm to critical.

  6. At twenty nine, the critical alarm stays active inside its recovery band.

  7. Reload the lab to confirm the same active alarm and matching Overview count.

  8. Below twenty eight, the critical condition clears and the reading of twenty seven leaves a warning.

  9. At twenty four, the warning remains active until the reading drops below twenty three.

  10. At twenty two, the alarm clears, and the active alarm count returns to zero.

  11. Stop both sensors when the test is finished; the saved limits and recovery band remain available.
