Use Chat history to return to earlier Assistant conversations in the current lab.
This prepared example contains two saved requests, so we can explore history without sending a new model request.
Open the Assistant, then choose Chat history.
Select a title to restore its saved messages.
Choose another saved chat to change the conversation you are viewing.
Reload the page and open Chat history again; the saved chats are still available.
New chat clears the current conversation from the panel and starts a fresh one.
It does not delete the earlier chat; open Chat history to find it again.
Chat history belongs to the current lab. Open another lab to see its own list.
Return to the original lab to reopen the earlier requests.
Before sending a new request, check your account credits and the usage display.
This demonstration account has no credits. A new request is refused with an option to buy credits.
Opening saved chats and starting a new chat do not require generating an answer.
Use saved chats to review earlier work, and use New chat when you want a fresh conversation.
