Narration transcript
The English narration in this video. Select a time to watch that moment.
Select a supported PC and open Desktop from the topology toolbar.
Open an app with its icon, then use the taskbar to switch between open apps.
File Manager browses the simulated device’s files and directories.
Use the breadcrumb to move back through directories; File Manager is read-only.
The Desktop Terminal runs commands on this same simulated device.
Create a small file in Terminal and read its contents back.
Reopen File Manager to see the file created in Terminal.
Text Editor is a temporary scratchpad, separate from the device filesystem.
Closing Text Editor discards its text, so do not use it to save device files.
Network Settings shows the selected interface’s current IPv4 address and routes.
Apply a deliberate address change, then check the actual result in Terminal.
Restore the original address before continuing with this prepared lab.
Use Web Browser to open a reachable web service inside the simulated lab.
If that service is stopped, the page is unavailable; restore the service before trying again.
This browser is for supported lab pages and requests, not general internet browsing.
System Monitor reports CPU and memory as unavailable rather than measured values.
Calculator provides basic arithmetic within the Desktop.
Close and reopen Desktop to start fresh app windows while keeping device state.
Desktop availability depends on the device; an ordinary router does not provide this PC interface.
Finish with the lab’s address and web service restored, and close any apps you no longer need.
